Importing pictures

Hi All
Can anyone tell me why when using a camera memory card, as
administrator, I can 'import pictures to windows' via this option on
'autorun' .. but a 'normal user' can't. Normal users keep getting an error
message saying there's a problem with the files (when there is not). All
users can access pictures via all other means, but can't import them via
autorun's 'import pictures' option.

hello im having a problem with my adobe flash player im able to download my
pictures but it's denying me to upload them it's telling me that there's an
error so when i click on it, it states i need to click the allow button but i
dont know where to find the setting for me to click on the allow button
