Media Player Not Responding In Webpage

My media palayers hangs on and says "Preparing" but does not buffer. I tried all the setting but does not seems functioning. It does however works on adminitrator account. It was working on all account previously but it stoped. Any help on this please

Does it work for local playback?

Under WMP's Tools:Options:Network menu tab, what Proxy settings are listed?
