Can I edit duration on multiple pictures at once?
How do you edit the duration of multiple pictures at once to make duration
longer as opposed to having to back and change each one separately?

Are you referring to Movie Maker? You have
to change duration one at a time or set it the
way you want it before adding the pictures to
the timeline.

There is one trick you could try that might work...
go to Storyboard view...select all the images...
go to Effects...right click...Slow Down Half or
Speed Up Double...and choose...Add To
Storyboard...and...you add up to 6 instances
of either effect..

Try "tools" "options", set the time in there.

A resounding no. You have to change these settings as you said, in your
reply "before adding the pictures." I was just showing anybody who
reads this post where to change them. Sorry if I seemed to be trying to
correct you, *John Inzer* that was not my intent. I do find it strange
that it can't be changed at any time. But no way.
