Picture is off to the left of the screen

I recently burned a movie that I had on my computer to a DVD+RW, everything
is good except the picture through the entire movie is about half way off the
left side of my T.V. the aspect ratio is set to 4:3 which I believe should be
right for my t.v. considering it isn't a widescreen. Just wondering if anyone
could offer some info as to why the picture is off and how I could correct it.
