Scientific Atlantic IPN330HD Setup problems in Media Center

Does anyone know the code for the Scientific Atlantic IPN330HD box provided
by telus in Canada? I can set up the tv signal alright, but can't get it to
change channels. When I try and manually program the remote, it just keeps
making me enter the number 1 and never advances, so I'm thinking that it is
having trouble reading the signal.

I believe that is an IPTV box and is fairly new, so support just might not
be available yet.

Any suggestions?
