I find the solution to this problem. (My English is not good so I hope you understand me).
1.- In your Windows Explorer go to "Tools", when you saw the "Folder Options" window, go at the tab "View" then on the section "Files and Folders" un-mark the first option that say "Always show icons, never thumbnails", this steep is ready.
2.- If the 1st steep does not work, then make a pray hahaha, on your taskbar make right click, go to "Properties" and mark the last option that say "Show windows previews (thumbnails)" and i hope this one works for you.
3rd. and last I hope, if you have more than one Video Card, change the Main Monitor to the other Video Card, then try the steep 1 and 2.
