Hi guys, I believe i should have MPEG previews and it is impossible to
organise videos if you have to open them one by one.
So my camera is a SONY hard disk camera, and I can view the video in
WMP, but i'm still thinking maybe if i installed the codec again it
would preview. So how do i know which codec it uses?
Or, if it is related to file type and not codec, how do i get .MPG
previews?
I do have .mp4 (MPEG 4-layer) previews, which is far more recent. I
remember reading about preview handlers so i'll google that next.
Aaaand i may have found an answer. Seems the culprit might be Nero.
Got something to do with "Percieved Type"
'Video thumbnail preview picture not showing - Microsoft Windows Vista
Community Forums - Vistaheads' (

Still if anyone has another way out, let me know.
