Video Files

Windows Vista / Video files.

I keep getting the error message " Windows host process ( Rundl32 ) has
stopped working "

Any ideas to solve the problem. The file usually opens O.K. with media player,
just annoying.

What is the fault bucket information according to the Problem Reports and
Solutions center control panel?
