copying a dvd movie

howdy, i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol i just bought a pc with all the bells
and whistles, well, sorta but anyway, i have a dvd+/- r/w/ram/ labelflash
burner, now, my question is, how do i copy a movie so i can burn a copy for
myself? i am running vista home premium. any help would be great. thanks

Windows DVD maker can't do it, you need a special program for that. There
are many free ones on internet. I use Roxio Creator 9.

I want to save or copy a DVD-R mini camcorder disc. I watched it on windows
media player. I too have Vista home premium. How do I do it?

Import it in Windows Movie Maker and then burn ('produce') it again on DVD,
seems the only option to me.
