WMP - Media Changing Message

What does it mean when you get his message on the lower left corner of WMP?
It takes the songs 20 or so seconds to load and play. Any thoughts?

Never mind. I forgot that I had reset everything to the default settings. I
had the skiping problem earlier and had disabled all enhancements to fix
that. So, I did the same thing and it fixed this problem also. So, to all
WMP users, the skipping with 30 seconds to go in the song and any delay in
playing during the changing media message can be fixed by :

1. Go to control panel>sound>speakers>properties
2. Select enhancements
3. Select disable all enhancements
4. You are done.
