Missplaced music folder!?!

Transfered music folder from old PC (XP) to new PC (Vista).
How do I redirect music folder to wmplayer and music will not play. And I
tried to rip original cd's to wmplayer, it rips but does not show listed.
Found the folder but will not play.

And most of the time when clicking to bring up wmplayer, it will not come up
without restarting PC.
