From Media Player to SD card

I bought a 2 gig sandisk micro sd card with adapter for my cell phone I
cannot get the music from the media player to the sd card. The phone says the
card is empty when I try to play the music on the phone I know this is the
correct size sd card for the phone. What am I doing wrong? I was using media
player 10, but have downloaded player 11, and it does the same thing. Can
someone please help me?

You need to go to your cell phone provider (or newsgroup) to help. There
are many facets that they and only they control.
