Aiptek Video Vista Compatability, Movie Maker

I recently purchased a Aiptek video camera that stated it was Vista
compatible, it is not. It does not recognize my camera at all. It also does
not play videos from the camera that I import.
Any suggestions.

Had Same Problem-<FREE CODECS.COM >-Download,works in Moviemaker too.
