windows media player for vista version 11

i recently downloaded a movie. i can only get playback when i shrink the
screen to a small size. the screen turns black when i increase the screen
size. how can i correct this problem so i can view the movie with full screen?

It's possible that you need to search the support
website of your video adapter's mfg. for an updated
video driver.
