viwing animated pictures

i have many animated pictures stored on my computer sent to me by various
members of my family from all over the world, in XP i used to right click the
picture and view with windows picture and fax viewer to see the animation, i
have now upgraded to vista premium and there is no windows picture and fax
viewer, how do i view my animations?

Windows picture and fax viewer has been replaced with Windows Photo Gallery.

The picture viewer has been replaced with Windows Photo Gallery, but it
won't show animated gifs.
You can view them in Internet Explorer, but you'd be better off downloading
IrfanView and associating GIF files to open with it.
