No theme controls show up in my Slideshow in Vista premi media ce

I have windows vista home premium 64 bit, and am not able to access the
themes in photoviewer slideshow. My Vista score is 5.0. I am runninng a
geforce 8800gt, with 4 gigs of ram and a intel core 2 duo e6750. I updated my
vista score, and restarted my computer thinking this would solve the problem,
but no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?
