Website streaming with movie maker

To have audio streaming on our website the file needs to be less than 10mb,
encoded at 44.1 kHz, and in mp3 format, can this be done when edited with
movie maker? if not what is a good program to do this . Any help will be
helpful. Thanks in advance!

Lots of third party audio editing software out there.... you might want to
try Goldwave (www.goldwave.com) or Adobe Audition (www.adobe.com)
