No sound when playing Divx files

Hi, since upgrading to Vista, I have no sound on Divx files, The picture
plays perfectly, have installed "Gspot" which confirms that correct audio
codec is installed. but still no sound. Do I need newer version of codec for
use with Vista.

any ideas.

I assume from your question that you are re-using the Codec you used to use
in XP. If so, by the looks of things, you've answered your own question. :-)

What specific audio codec does it say that the file is using?
