frustrated-error mess: every piece of music says its protected!

HELP!
No matter WHAT cd I load onto my computer, old or new, every piece of music
gives me an error saying its protected with digital rights management and
cannot be imported!
We just bought this Dell and it is definitly up to speed on everything so is
there ANYONE who knows what I can do!?!?!

Contact Dell if you just bought it.
