Vista photo gallery

I used to be able to see the animations on a .gif file when I used the photo
gallery on windows xp but now I have vista and the .gif files don't show any
animations anymore.I think this should be changed so it does show animations
again as lots of pictures use animations and they also help with design of
animated .gif pictures previews

I agree, but Windows Live Photogallery can display the frames of a gif movie
one by one.......
