Can I title my pictures when e-mailing them.

I have Vista and am wondering if when I send (e-mail) pictures from the Photo
Gallery, can I give each one a title so that it will show that way at the
recipients end?? I have titled pictures in the folders but when I send
them, a list of each title is given and then al the pictures follow without
any title. Thanks.
