Systray Icons

*-::Hi I don't know if I have the correct title.
The problem being when I hover over on an icon in my Systray. The
'little box' which opens telling you what the icon is. Is hidden behind
the Systray. I can just make out the top of the box. I have the setting
which hides the bottom tool bar when not in use.
This happend a few years ago and someone told me how to rectify the
problem but it's that long since I've for gotten Anyone know what the
problem is?::-*
