Only can play AVI/MPEG as admin

WMV format works fine but when i play AVI or mpg i have to be admin user
account. This means i can't use dreamscene on a non admin account.

Obviously a security issue, but not sure if the issues is with the file
types or the application/player/whatever you're using to play the files.

Without more specific info, try changing the security settings for the
folder where the files are. Might have to give "everyone" full
privileges (or maybe only your username), and you may need to change
"ownership" of the folder.

All that stuff in in the "Properties" of the folder.
