Vista Photo Gallery

I'm moving my photos and avi movie-files from MS Digital Image Suite to Vista
Photo Gallery, and have a problem with "creation date" for the avi files. The
dates are simly lost.
How do I get the creation dates from Digital Image Suite to Vista Photo
Gallery?
