no sound at all..

Hi to everyone..(sorry for my bad english..)

I have problem with my sound..After i've install GENESIS 32(a scada design
program,wich also support some activex and visual basic tools) all sounds
disapear..
I have had instaled spybot S&D at my laptop and a prog came with this,named
tea timer..Tea timers record file,after genesis intalation is:

After i restart pc sound disappear..When i choose to play any media file i
take a wmp error , and when i choose help at web it "goes" me to a page with
an error C00D11D2

I have unistal genesis,i have tried many different registry etc progs, but
problem stil exist..
My sound card has no problem..

Does anyone has any idea..?
