Code error c000009c sonicstage

Is someone can help me about that: I installed sonicstage for sony mp3 player
something like 3 months ago. It was working very well, no problem until 3
weeks ago. I cant use it anymore, windows close it everytime i try to open
it. Its very annoying, i would like to change my music on my mp3 player. I
uninstall the sonicstage, reinstall it later, and the same problem is still
on.

Hi Gabe

I'm sorry I can't help you but can give you comfort in knowing that this has
just happened to me. It started to occur when I installed the Windows
Updates I recently received. I too uninstalled/reinstalled sonicstage but
had absolutely no luck. I have posted the problem on the Windows Update
community and will contact Sony again tomorrow and read out the error to
them. If I hear anything I will post the information on here.
