Aero Glass
When I first put Vista on my computer I had Aero Glass Interface and now I
don't. My video card is running fine, I look in Device manager and
everything looked fine so what could be the problem?

Rich,
Check control panel (appearance and personalization)make sure that
enable transparency is still checked.

.... and that the "theme" is Aero, and it's "checked" or enabled.
