pictures to folder to email

I have a new digital camara and saved pictures from it to my computer, but I
want to email the whole folder to my family as an attachment so they can see
them all together. I am having trouble. I named the folder, but when I go to
compose a new email,click 'attachment', I can't find the pictures anywhere.
Please help!

You can't send a folder. You could send the files in the folder, but chances
are, they will be too large to email.
There are many free sites where you can upload your photos, and then send
your family the link to see them.
