Windows DVD Maker Ignoring Aspect Ratio Changes in Vista 64-bit

I'm using Windows DVD Maker to finalize my production in Windows Movie Maker
in Vista 64-bit. Here'e the problem. When I choose an aspect ratio of 4:3 in
Options and go to the next step (choosing a menu), the aspect ratio remains
16:9 no matter what I do. Anyone else have this problem?
