Windows Photo Gallery - Compression

Hi

I noticed that Windows Photo Gallery when you edit a photo changes the
compress of the photo. I can not find anywhere in the option to tell it to
stop compressing the photos. I can not even find a place to change the
compression rate.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

With all respect for Vista, leave Photo Gallery alone and change to
IrfanView or another editor with more possibilities. Photogallery is only
meant for those who want to do the basic things and don't bother about
compression rate or maximum attainable quality.
