Windows DVD Maker isn't available as a stand-alone product... you would need
to upgrade to the Vista Ultimate version.
Or you can use other DVD software. If your system came with a DVD burner,
chances are it has DVD software too... that could take your saved movie and
burn it to a disc. My Vista Home Basic system came with Ulead's DVD Factory.
