Image capture in Movie Maker?

Not sure what you mean by "capture" a still image. You can import still
pictures using File > Import Media Items. You can make a still photo from a
frame in a video. Just get to the frame you want to make a picture from and
choose Tools > Take Picture from Preview.

If you meant something else, could you be more specific or provide an
example?

Leave it to Microsoft to simplify things and just call it what it is: Take
Picture from Preview. It's refreshing to have simple descriptions like that,
rather than "image capture". Thanks again.

It's easy, just use some screen recorder can help you capture pictures from video. It can record whatever on your screen as video file, you just need to play the video on your computer screen, and it will help you record image of the video. And it also can help you save the image to standard format file.
