burn cd

Hi I have the windows basic vista program and with my windows medis player i
can't get cd's to burn. I know how but everytime i put a CD-R in, it says i
need a (E)
cd for it to copy. I've never heard of a CD-E before. Can anyone help me
with this problem? Thank you!

buddy, I have the same problem with my external sony burner, I hope you get
some anwers cuse I have been searchin and nothing.. it supose to be more easy
this brand new os, but I dosen't...
