Self made Dreamscene decoder error

Everytime I try to load a MPG of my own video file for dreamscene it gives me
an error (Windows Dreamscene has encountered an unrecoverable error while
decoding the video) and then the screen goes black. All the other Dreamscene
videos work just fine except for the two I made.
