Cannot find GSM 6.10 Audio Codec

I am trying to play an old game on my version of Windows Vista Home Premium,
but after its' installation completed, the program notified me that the
"Microsoft GSM 6.10 Audio Codec" was missing from my system. I found some
ways to apply it in Windows 98/95, but those options don't appear to be
available anymore. Does anyone know where or how I can get this codec if it
isn't already installed in Vista?

What are the entries beginning with "msacm" under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32
?
