You only need one specific video codec and one specific audio codec to play
any specific clip. Anybody suggestion anything further is wrong and not
helping you.
Randomly downloading codecs can be extrememly bad/corrosive to your system,
since many are of very very poor quality.
What specific file types are you referring to here? What's the file
extension? What specific error are you running into? What specific codecs
do those files use?
