Windows Movie Maker - Can't open project (vista)

I have Windows Vista Home Premium installed and has created several Windows
Movie Maker project. One of the projects I can't open anymore. I get a error
message displaying " Has not been implemented" when I try to open the
project. I do not get any further information than that.

Has this happened to anybody else? Greatful for any information on how to
solve this problem so I can open the project. I would hate to start all over
again.

I just got new computer with the Windows movie maker and have Vista, I
cannot get any video footage to download into the computer
