That's a crash in a random unknown component. I don't know your technical
level: you could potentially get more data here through installing WinDBG
(Windows Debugging tool) and looking at the generated DMP file, but my
psychic powers won't work against the data you provided. Otherwise you
could ask actual technical support for help. If I were them, I'd want to
look at the DMP file in question, but I'm sure they have better solution
paths.
