I don't know how to use the camera

I don't know how to use the camera that is integrated to the top of my
laptop!! It's right there in front of me and seems so easy to use, but I
don't know how to open it up to take a picture!!!!! HELP!!!!

Didn't the laptop come with a manual or some kind of instructions?
If not, there should be some on the manufacturer's website.
