ITunes works under admin account but not user account

My I Tunes will not work under a user account despite down loading new
version as instructed. It works fine under admin account, Is there a fix for
this?

How does iTunes not work?

If you can't install it in the user account, you could try:

Type cmd in the Start Search box above the Start Orb. When cmd.exe appears at
the top of the Start Menu, right click on it and select "Run as Administrator"
(elevated command prompt).

Type:

regsvr32 vbscript.dll (note the space between 32 and vb)

and press Enter.

Then try installing iTunes again.

When I click on the icon it returns: ITunes has stopped working. Windows is
searching for a solution. The solution is: this problem was caused by Itunes
and then When I click on The Apple link I am rirected to download version 7.5
and I do this it installs/modifies and after restarting I have the same
problem
