Windows MP 11 reinstall?

Anyone know the easy way of reinstalling WMP11? All my visualisations have
stopped working and I've tried a few suggestions, but none work. So, I
thought I'd see if a reinstall might help.....

Vista Home Premium
3Gb Memory

No, there's really no way to reinstall short of a Vista reinstall, sorry.
