Making a clip play backwards in windows movie maker and other ?'s

I know you could do it in the old windows movie maker for xp, but its not in
the list of effects in this version. is it still possible? and if not is
there an add on or way to make a custom effect to make it do so?

and also when speeding up a clip is it possible to double the pitch of the
sound instead it just sounding rapid? i need it to sound squeaky.

is it also still possible to invert the colors of the video like it was in
xp also?
