Setting "Actual Size" as default

I'd like Vista to open images at their acutal sizes and not resize it so it
fits on my screen.

Right now I have to press the actual size button on every image I look at,
which is getting annoying. How do I let "Actual Size" be default?

The problem with Irfanview are the ugly icons. I've tried replacement icon
packs, but they don't work for me.

I suppose I'll just have to live. with it.
