¡ hep me please ¡ mi computer dont gett `sound. i had try all but it`s
imposible .
my puñetero computer whit vista it`s mute.
please Why ? ask me in simple words because i am spanish y my inglis is
very bad .

Try the following,

Go to Control panel,
click Classic view,
Double click Sound,
click the Sounds tab,
click the Sound Scheme down arrow,
Select Windows Default (modified)
