You'll have to purchase a 32-Bit version of Windows, but do not go for
an "upgrade". You can't downgrade from 64-Bit to 32-Bit for the same
reasons you can't upgrade from 32-Bit to 64-Bit.
But before you commit to a new Windows, have you checked the
manufacturers websites for you Video Camera and MIDI controller for
64-Bit updates to their software and drivers?
