Rotate video clip

Hello,
I shot a video clip of my granddaughter but by mistake, I had the digital
camera as if I was taking a portrait. Now the video is sideways. Is there a
way to rotate it so is right side up? I've done this many times with still
shots but can't do it with video clip. I know the camera won't but maybe
software will?

You can rotate it in Movie Maker. But I think everything will look kinda
squatty if you do. You might want to post your quation in the
microsoft.public.windowsxp.video group. Even though it's an XP group,
anything they tell you will still apply. And you'll find people there who
live and breathe digital video.

Puppy Breath is right and Vista should even keep it right. Import video into
MM, so long as the file type is acceptable, then use the rotate effect.
