Photo Gallery Crash on EXIF View

I'm having a couple of issues with the Photo Gallery:

1. If I click on the EXIF tag in a photo property, the Photo Gallery will
crash/close and give me a Data Execution Prevention (DEP) error.

2. Not all of the photos which are tagged are appearing under a particular
tag - for example I have 100 photos with the tag of "Beach" but only 25
appear under that tag.
