how do i extend the duration time of my pics after i already put it together

Assuming you saved the project and didn't just create a video file, you
should be able to find your picture in the timeline and click/drag it to
make it longer. I don't know of a way to increase all of them at once.

Here's a possibility...go to Storyboard
view and select all the images. Then
go to...Effects / right click 'Speed Up
Double' and choose 'Add To Storyboard'.

Or follow John's suggestion but choose slow down half... which will of
course make them play twice as long. ;-0
