Media Center X64 will crash after 10 seconds

Hi!

Whatever I try I can't get Media Center to work! It will crash exactly
after 10 or so sconds.

The error message displayed reads:

Description:
Stopped working

Problemsignatur:
Problemereignisname: CLR20r3
Problemsignatur 01: ehshell.exe
Problemsignatur 02: 6.0.6000.16386
Problemsignatur 03: 4549c25b
Problemsignatur 04: Microsoft.MediaCenter.UI
Problemsignatur 05: 6.0.6000.0
Problemsignatur 06: 4549bd1f
Problemsignatur 07: 41
Problemsignatur 08: 12
Problemsignatur 09: System.IO.FileNotFoundException
Betriebsystemversion: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3
Gebietsschema-ID: 3079

(german edition)

Eventviewer shows:

Ereignisinformationen: ERROR: SqmApiWrapper.TimerRecord failed; Win32
GetLastError returned 10000105
Prozess: DefaultDomain
Objektname: Media Center Guide

I thought it has something to do having several services disabled but I
reenabled all of them except

Basisfiltermodul
Gemeinsame Nutzung der Internetverbindung (shared INET connection)
Net TCP Portfreigabedienst
Routing und Ras
Tablet PC Eingabedienst
Webclient
Windows Defender
Windows Fehlerberichterstattungsdienst. (error reporting service)

Any Idea what causes this crashes?
My TV card is not working due to lack of drivers but that should not
cause MCE to crash I think?

Martin
