Windows Photo Gallery displays photos darker then actual

To begin, I am running an ATI X1900 with the newest drivers and catalyst
control center. It is a Core 2 Duo E6300 on a P5n-e Asus, with the Nvidia
650i Chipset. ! Gig of G.Skill Memory at 5-5-5 timings.

I have recently begun to notice that the photo viewer displays photos darker
then they actually should be. When i use them as a desktop, the photos appear
correctly. Further, on my admin account, they photos appear correctly in the
photo viewer. It is only with my secondary every day account that I have this
problem. I have tried to change the control settings in the catalyst control
center, played with the advanced settings in the display dialog box, and
attempted to dig through the registry in hopes of coming across something
that didn't match my other admin account. No go. Hopefully someone has an
answer for me , thanks!
